Expanded sheet sheet is a structural modified polytetrafluoroethylene high elastic soft gasket manufactured by advanced production technology, which provides high-quality raw fiber function to solve the problems of creep relaxation and cold flow existing in ordinary polytetrafluoroethylene plates. Zd-gs1620 exceeds imported expanded polytetrafluoroethylene plates and various imported modified polytetrafluoroethylene filler plates in many performance aspects. A large number of application performance has proved, Zd-gs1620 is a structural modification material that can completely replace imported polytetrafluoroethylene, and its price is reasonable and has a high cost performance ratio. It has excellent properties of creep resistance, cold flow resistance, ultra-low temperature resistance, pollution-free, easy installation and replacement.

Performance characteristics of hard expanded teflon plate:

1. 100% pure polytetrafluoroethylene, good chemical resistance.

2. The molecular structure is multidirectional arrangement. In addition to all the advantages of ordinary tetrafluoro, it also has cold flow resistance and creep resistance.

3. It can be used to seal interfaces with different hardness.

(1) Rigid metal interface (generally 3mm)

(2) FRP interface (generally 3mm)

(3) Plastic lining interface (used below DN300 caliber)

(4) Tangci, used on steel lined glass interface.

4. Zd-gs1620 has good leakage resistance, and the gas leakage rate is 1 × Below 10-4, it can be used for the sealing of corrosive gases, such as chlorine, vinyl chloride, etc., to help many large caustic soda plants and chlor alkali plants solve the leakage of chlorine and other gases. It is the only high-performance domestic material with two uses of chlorine in China, and has a good reputation in the chlor alkali industry.

5. Zd-gs1620 hard expanded teflon plate is a turning plate with good flatness.

6. The following five media are not available:

(1) Molten alkali metal solution

(2) Hydrofluoric acid under high temperature and high pressure

(3) Strong fluorinated medium (such as chlorine trifluoride, uranium hexafluoride, etc.)

(4) Gaseous fluorine, liquid fluorine.

(5) Nuclear level I, nuclear level II and nuclear level III equipment cannot be used on nuclear pipelines (reason: polymer chain structure of polytetrafluoroethylene, high chain structure of nuclear radiation impact section)
